Our Team
Gregory, Trudi, Alexandra, and Isabella Graziano
Greg and Trudi started Graziano winery in 1988. Greg is the owner and winemaker, with Trudi as the compliance officer and events coordinator. Alexandra, their oldest daughter, is the second generation winemaker and fourth generation grape grower after Greg. Isabella, the youngest daughter is a cosmetologist.
Cheson & Bradley Boatwright
Cheson is the Assistant Winemaker and Winery Manager and has been with Graziano for over 21 years. He’s the man that makes it all happen! Bradley, Cheson’s son, is our Warehouse and Shipping Manager. He’s already been with us for over 6 years and makes sure everyones order gets out on time.
Molly Stegner
Lab Chick. Winery Mom. Molly has been working for Graziano for over 26 years and is the glue that keeps the winery staff going. She is responsible for all of our lab work (sugars, sulfurs, fining, you name it!) and the giant amounts of paperwork that go hand in hand with it.
Tom Barrett
Tom Barrett has been working with Greg for over 30 years, some of which as our Vineyard Manager. They met at Ukiah High and have been friends since. Tom has been going grapes and managing vineyards for almost 50 years.
Beto Martinez
Humberto (Beto) has been with Graziano for over 15 years. He helps run the daily operations in the cellar and also does many other important tasks around the winery like filtering and bottling. Don’t know? Ask Beto!
John Reagh
John Reagh and Greg have worked together for over 30 years and John is currently our awesome Tasting Room Manager. He’s incredibly knowledgeable as he’s been a winemaker for many years and he is hilarious too! Come down and see John at the tasting room, try some wine, and John will certainly brighten your day.
Bryce Krizan
Bryce Krizan, a transplant from South Carolina, is Alexandra’s husband, our Vineyard Foreman, and Toms apprentice. Before us he worked for the Magruders, a local grass-fed sheep and cattle ranch. His appreciation of soil health and overall love of ecology makes him a perfect fit.
Abby Boatwright & Bacchus Graziano
Obviously the most important of our staff - our resident dogs! They like to chase each other around the case goods room, lay in the sun, and play keep away with a tennis ball. They also provide canine therapy!
Emmylou Krizan
Another one of our most important staff is Emmylou, appropriately named after the beloved singer. She keeps Bryce, Tom, and everyone in the vineyard in high spirits. She loves rolling around in the dirt, playing with vine prunings and making friends with the local wildlife.
