Please note that your use of the internet sites of Graziano Family of Wines (referred to as “us”, “we” or “Graziano Family of Wines” or “Graziano Wines”) is subject to the following terms or “Terms of Service”. If you do not agree with any of these terms of service, exit the site now and do not access or use this site or any information or materials contained on the site. Your use of the Graziano Family of Wines site is deemed to be your agreement to abide by each of the terms set forth below. These terms of service may be updated by Graziano Family of Wines occasionally with or without notice to you and your continued use of the Graziano Family of Wines site indicates acceptance of any changes to the terms of service.
The Sale and Shipping of Alcoholic Beverages
Graziano Family of Wines does not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. Graziano Family of Wines makes every effort to make sure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. Upon delivery of wine the age of the person accepting delivery will be age verified. If there is no age verification at the time of delivery the wine will be held by the shipper until appropriate verification is made. Currently, Graziano Family of Wines does not provide shipments for wine outside of the United States. By using the Graziano Family of Wines Website you also agree that any alcohol purchased from Graziano Family of Wines is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please exit this site and do not use this site.
Returns
Unused Products and Cancelations:
Returns and cancellations are only accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, there is a 3.5% fee on all cancelations and returns.
To return your wine, please contact us at 707-744-8466 or email info@grazianofamilyofwines.com. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
Damaged in Shipment:
If you receive your wine and it has been damaged during shipment, please contact us at 707-744-8466 or at info@grazianofamilyofwines.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. We will then arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if you get approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at 707-744-8466 or email us at info@grazianofamilyofwines.com.
Changes to Prices or Services Terms
Graziano Family of Wines reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices for any products or services sold, which are effective immediately upon posting on the site or posting within the Graziano Family of Wines Tasting Room.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Graziano Family of Wines Site is governed by the Graziano Family of Wines Privacy Policy.
Notices
Graziano Family of Wines will give you any necessary notices by posting them on the Graziano Family of Wines Site or sending you a direct email if you are a Graziano Family of Wines Wine Cub Member or on the Graziano Family of Wines email list. You authorize Graziano Family of Wines to send notices via email as well if Graziano Family of Wines decides to do so. You agree to check the Graziano Family of Wines Site for notices and that you will be considered to have received a notice when it is made available to you by posting on the Graziano Family of Wines Site. Parental Controls
Graziano Family of Wines would like you to know that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are available that may help you in limiting access to content that may be detrimental to minors.

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy given by Graziano Family of Wines, encompases the entire agreement between you and Graziano Family of Wines and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, if any, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. These Terms of Service are personal to you and you may not transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms of Service to anyone else without the express written permission by either email to info@grazianofamilyofwines.com written letter of Graziano Family of Wines. Any attempt by you to assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms of Service without the express written permission of Graziano Family of Wines shall be null and void. These Terms of Service will also be in the benefit of Graziano Family of Wine's successors, assigns, and licensors.
Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club
Welcome to the terms and conditions or "Terms" for the Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club. These Terms are between you and Graziano Family of Wines, and lead our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Graziano Family of Wines related to the Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club membership. Please know that your use of the Graziano Family of Wines Web site and Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club membership are also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Graziano Family of Wines website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you register for membership, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
Agreement Changes: Graziano Family of Wines may, in its discretion, change and update these Terms, Graziano Family of Wines general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, or any aspect of Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club membership, without prior notice to you. Your continued membership after Graziano family of Wines changes these terms, terms of service, privacy policy, or membership constitutes your agreement of all the changes. If you do not agree with these changes you must cancel your membership in writing by email to Graziano Family of Wines by writing to info@grazianofamilyofwines.com.
Program Benefits: You will receive a 25% discount on any of our wines for sale in our tasting room. (Sale items excluded). Unless otherwise stated inside the Graziano Family of Wines Tasting room or otherwise. Quarterly ( March, June, September, December) shipments of 3 bottles of wine will be shipped to the address specified by the member, with items and cost determined by Graziano Family of Wines. Wines can be changed by the member prior to billing and shipment by the wines by notification and approval by Graziano Family of Wines.
Eligible Purchases: This program is limited to products sold by Graziano Family of Wines in the Graziano Family of Wines Tasting room or on www.grazianofamilyofwines.com that are shipped to continental United States addresses, excluding U.S. territories, possessions and protectorates. We may leave out certain products at our discretion.
Conditions: You must register a Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club account to use the Program Benefits. We reserve the right to accept or refuse a membership at our discretion. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect your eligibility or speed of shipment with the Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club. Please note:
we may ship the products by ground or air at our discretion (these options do not correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services).
We do not ship to every state, please refer to the Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club page to see the active list of states we deliver to.
Our carriers (primarily UPS and GLS) usually do not pick-up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays.
Promotional codes are valid only on orders placed from the Graziano Family of Wines account that purchased the Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club. These codes cannot be used on any other Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club account.
In cases of extreme weather we reserve the right to hold shipments until extreme weather conditions have lifted.
Promotional codes may or may not be valid toward shipping.
A Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club membership cannot be given as a gift because it is tied to the account of the person purchasing it.
We reserve the right to accept or deny membership at our discretion.
Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club members are not allowed to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers products using Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club benefits.
Graziano Family of Wines may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club membership benefits.
By being a member of the Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club you give us permission to charge the credit card we have on file of the account when Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club Shipments are made.
Fees and Renewal: There is no annual membership fee for Graziano Family of Wines Wine Club. Unless you notify us by writing in email to info@grazianofamilyofwines.com that you want to cancel, your membership will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable amount due for wine shipments and taxes, using any payment method we have on record for you.
Termination by Graziano Family of Wines: Graziano Family of Wines may terminate your membership at its discretion without notice.
Membership Cancellation: If you cancel your membership it must be submitted by writing in an email to johnr@grazianofamilyofwines.com . A membership may only be canceled after 4 wine club selections. Cancelations are pending until approval.
